Any student unable to attend class should notify the Principal by email [email protected]

Italia Conti Associates Dubai (ICAD) do not accept responsibility for money or articles lost on the premises.

ICAD reserve the right to amend or alter the rules and conditions of the School at any time.

ICAD reserve the right to alter fees and classes without prior notice.

ICAD reserve the right to ask a student to be removed from the course for any of the following reasons:
(a) Lack of response to training, (b) Misbehaviour, lack of respect to staff or other students, (c) Wilful damage, (d) Poor attendance, (e) Breach of any rules or regulations of Italia Conti Associates, (f) Late or non-payment of fees

In the event of an epidemic, national crisis or any circumstances over which ICAD have no control, fees will not be returned or any compensation made whatsoever.
We do not permit refunds but credit or an alternative class can be given as the studios discretion.

Parents/carers are only permitted into the School to observe classes at the Principal’s discretion.

Still photographs and video are often taken during School sessions.
If you do not want your child(ren) to be photographed, please let the Principal know by emailing [email protected]

Students must wear Italia Conti Associates uniform for School sessions.

Fees are payable on or before the first day of each term.

In the event of withdrawal, half a term’s (5 weeks’) notice, in writing, is required of such intention or the equivalent of half a term’s fee will be payable in lieu.

In the event of late payment of fees, Italia Conti Associates may charge interest at the rate of 3% over the current base lending rate as published by Lloyds PLC, plus an administration cost of 50AED.
